Maine Rejects Same-Sex "Marriage" Law PDF  | Print |  E-mail

By a vote of 53 percent to 47 percent, Maine has rejected the same-sex "marriage" law put in place earlier this year by the state legislature and governor.

We thank everyone who helped with the "Yes on 1" campaign and the petition effort that made it possible and congratulate them on this victory for true marriage!

Maine residents need to continue the effort by electing state legislators and representives to Congress who stand for life, marriage, and the family.
